Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Survey done on 5/2/12 and the system had two deficiencies. No ERP and no O&M. I contacted the operator Royce on 10/15/12 and they had not yet completed these items. I put the system on a Corrective Action Plan and gave them until Nov 30,2012 to complete. ACTION NEEDED: none
