| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliorm 10/1/12 DETAILS: Mr. Dolan called to notify that coliform bacteria had been found present in a recent routine sample. He was aware that 4 repeat samples were required immediately and 5 temporary routine samples should be due in November. Instruction was also provided that at source sample was needed in conjunction with the repeats. Reviewed importance of identifying issue needing correction if any repeats showed presence of coliforms. Found that system has a program of pouring sodium hypochlorite into wells on a monthly basis which we hope to discuss at time of survey scheduled 10/16/12 ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples and 1 source sample ASAP. 5 temporary routines in November. | ||
