Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up from survey 7/17/12 DETAILS: Significant deficiencies and rule violations noted are: Both wells need to take the initial arsenic test. Email sent 9/27/12 as a reminder to test and the requirement of public notice if not done. Mark sampled both wells for arsenic on 9/28/12 both were non detect. ACTION NEEDED: None
