Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Sean said he did sampling according to his sampling plan after a positive sample. He did not do a sample from Bloha well because it is not necessary according to his sampling plan. Bloha is not representative. I told him to take 5 temporary routine in November according to his sampling plan through out system ACTION NEEDED: See if he does sampling.
