| Details: | SUMMARY: Sampling requirements DETAILS: After speaking with Daniel Hough unknown as to what sampling Bruce was referring to in contact report from 6/7/12. Called to discuss with Bruce that Daniel and I were both unsure as to what testing he was referencing to. Bruce then asked, if he had to worry about testing. I told him due to the fact that he could not relay specifically what testing he was referring to that any letter from the state requiring testing would have to be honored. Asked Bruce if he was talking about compliance monitoring form to which he said no. Reminded him that compliance monitoring form is due every month by the 10th of the following month. Gave Bruce my email address and he said he would scan letter detailing sampling required and email no later than June 12th. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up the the state regarding compliance monitoring. | ||
