Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: Met with contractor in field on 10/24 and reviewed items from 5/31/12 survey. Testing of the backflow device has been completed and a record of such was provided. A raw water spigot at well #2 is now installed and a screen has been placed on the overflow drain for the tank. Additionally, a pressure relief device has also been installed for the pressure tanks. The deficiency items are now corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none
