Details: SUMMARY: positive coliform 11/7/12 DETAILS: I called Rondi and left a message to let her know about the positive routine total coliform sample. I let her know to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let her know to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system for December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond as necessary
