Details: SUMMARY: Violation discussion DETAILS: spoke with Emilio about failure to sample in 2nd quarter 2012. He could notified the results he thought he had. I called Spring St lab and they did not have any results for 2nd quarter 2012. Called Emilio to let him know there was no test taken and that he would have to post a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Provide and post public notice on all businesses used by this water system (motel, commissary or restaurant, mobile units.
