Details:	SUMMARY: Operator contacted out offic eto inform us of test results DETAILS: David contacted out office to inform us he collected 5 samples from the distribution system. All 5 were positive for total coliform. David wanted to know how many follow up samples he would need to collect. We also discussed the ongoing significant deficiency corrections. We discussed ways to temporarily protect the source from contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a triggered source sample to determine whether the source of the distribution system was the source of the contamination. Issue a tier 2 public notice describing the test results. Finally David was directed to collect 5 samples during the calendar month of November.
