Details: SUMMARY: Routine RAD monitoring DETAILS: Spoke with John about the violation. Radium is on a quarterly schedule and two more quarters are needed. John said he thinks he just sampled for it and is going to contact the lab to see when they need to monitor next. I reminded him we need 2 more quarters of Radium. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly RAD monitoring - need 2 more quarters.
