| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly RAD monitoring DETAILS: I spoke with Karen about the violation. The system has 3 rounds of Rads, the 2nd round had detections, and needs one more round. I explained the monitoring requirement to Karen and she said she would take another round of Rads. The other 2 radiologicals are already on a 9 year schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on next round of gross alpha and adjust monitoring schedule as needed. | ||
