| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 11/6/12 DETAILS: Called Jeff and found hed submitted a repeat sample to his lab yesterday and was awaiting results by late afternoon today. I reviewed with him that at least 4 repeat samples were required plus a source sample from the wellhead. He said he would get the additional samples early next week. He was aware that regardless of the results of the repeat samples that 5 temporary routine samples would be due in November. I asked him to contact me in the event any of the repeat samples showed the presence of coliforms to help assure any problems are fixed before next months samples are taken. Jeff also related that he was planning to submit a nitrate sample and arsenic sample next week, He can find not arsenic results for the well that was drilled and put into service 5 years ago ()though website shows results from 1983, which must be from the old spring source) ACTION NEEDED: 3 more repeat samples must be drawn ASAP. 1 source sample 5 temporary routine samples in December. Nitrates due prior to end of 2012 Unless documentation of arsenic level in the current well is found, an arsenic sample should be drawn ASAP | ||
