Details:	SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: One of 4 routines on 10/22 positive (Ferguson Rd). Spoke to Mike and there had been constructon/repairs being done in the area with intermittent water shut offs. System already took 6 repeat samples (3 triggered source samples - 2 avion wells plus roats #4. Discussed representative sampling plan that is still in progress and that technically all of avions wells should be sampled. Mike explained they contacted Avion and they identified the only 2 wells operating at the time. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats/triggered. Will need a total of 5 temp routines in November.
