Details: SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC) DETAILS: Made several phone calls and one onsite visit to water system. Jerry spent a lot of time trying to determine where the source of contamination was coming from. It was finally determined to be a leaky compression coupling at the well head and extensive repairs were made in June 2012. Since then the system has 5 routine samples and a source sample from 8/16 that were good. The latest quarterly sample collected on 10/31 is also good. PNC is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none
