Details:	SUMMARY: Triggered and repeat samples collected 12/7/12 positive coliform DETAILS: The triggered and repeat samples collected on 1/7/12 positive. I spoke with Chuck Lawson. I advised that he contact a contractor to disinfect the system. I emailed him a tier 2 public notice template along with DMCEs email address. Note that the triggered sample came from SRC-CA (well #3) not SRC-BA (well #2) ACTION NEEDED: Public notice needs to be posted and sent to the state and five temporary routines in January. System disinfections is recommended as a corrective action.
