Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive on routine sample. DETAILS: Talked with Troy who is operating the water system. He had alternate person take water sample and believes it could have been operator error in the posistive. They had already shocked the well with chlorine. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to take follow up samples until zero chlorine residual in the distribution system and the source. I will come out on Friday February 22nd and bring my chlorine test kit to check for residual. I will advise that operator takes 3-repeat samples and one triggered (at the source). And check to see if there is a coliform sampling plan for this system
