| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform repeat DETAILS: I spoke with Michael on 12/31/12 via phone. I informed him there was coliform present in all 4 repeat samples that he submitted. I informed him that he needed to post a notice and fax a copy to me to put on file. I informed him he needed to let us know how he as going to fix the problem and that he would need to do 5 temporary samples in January 2013, one from the well and 4 from the distribution. Michael was not sure why the sample tested positive but said he would get to the bottom of it and submit the samples as needed in January. He already had a notice written up and will post it immediately. He has already contacted all users by phone. ACTION NEEDED: See above | ||
