| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to violations DETAILS: System was given back to the state due to the population several weeks ago. Tim called and left a message for me about the violation postcard he received. I explained they are required to take a source assessment sample from each ell once a year. He said they already do that every other month but that they label them as special and they arent getting sent to the state. He said he would call the lab and let them know to label them source assessment samples. He said he would take the ASAP. I also informed him that their system was now given back to the state. I let Jay M know I reviewed the violations with him. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
