Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: I sent the state an email asking for this violation to be removed because they did a public notice and sent me a copy that I forwarded to the state 8/3/12. I received a confirmation email stating they returned to compliance. I responded by asking that it be completely removed from their record. ACTION NEEDED: none
