Details: SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: 12/2/11 survey showed no current DRC or contract on file. Worked with Butch, Dottie and Brad to get DRC current. Send owner Ron Fuller reminder letter in August 2012. Received note from Dottie that Butch renewed hi certification and submitted DRC for and contract for 2013. ACTION NEEDED: continue to update/renew operator certifications and DRC as needed.
