Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Adam and informed him of the repeat detections. All 4 samples including the well sample have coliform detections, no Ecoli. I instructed Adam to have the well disinfected and flushed provide public notice and to take 5 temporary routine samples in February from the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on Feb routines
