Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted operator to let her know the routine sample taken on 11/26/12 was positive for total coliform. I reminded her to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat sample in the distribution system. I also reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples for December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary.
