Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform positive DETAILS: I contacted operator to let her know about the positive samples. I let her know that they will need to distribute a public notice to the users. I emailed her the link for total coliform public notice. I asked her to send me a completed copy of the notice. She indicted the system just repaired a couple of major leaks in the distribution system She is going to turn on the chlorinator for a couple of weeks to disinfect the system. I let her know to take temp routine samples for December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and obtain copy of the public notice.
