Details: SUMMARY: Missed arsenic sample DETAILS: I spoke with Bill about the violation. They sampled twice in the 2nd quarter and missed the 3rd quarter. I asked Bill to take a 4th quarter sample now and then to sample again in the first quarter of 2012. Hopefully at that point the system will qualify for a monitoring reduction to once a year. UPDATE: 1/16/130- 4th quarter 2012 arsenic sample taken 11/8/12 reported and violation returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none
