Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation for source sample DETAILS: Contacted Josh and left message. I explained they needed to take a source sample from each well once per year and they didnt take those last year. I also asked him for an update on removal of the chlorinator after our discussion from last year. ACTION NEEDED: none
