| Details: | SUMMARY: 30-day contact after survey report sent, confirming significant deficiency correction timeline DETAILS: Because I had not heard from him, I phoned Joe Wanamaker to make sure he received the survey report for Fort Rock State Park mailed 2/27/13. He had received it. I explained that a new federal rule (GWR) provides a timeline in which the the significant deficiencies identified during the survey must be corrected. In this case, those deficiencies would be verifying the sanitary seal at the wellhead, and developing an operations and maintenance manual. These need these to be fixed by July 31, 2013, and Joe needs to report back to me the dates that these items were corrected. Joe said he understood the responsibilities and timeline. ACTION NEEDED: Await notification that they have corrected the identified the significant deficiencies. | ||
