Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Stan called me to inform me that 2 out of 5 routine samples came back positive. I asked him about his UV light operation. He says the UV light is working. I recommended he find a corrective action. We talked about flushing the lines, cleaning the reservoir tank of any sediment, and using bleach to disinfect the tank and distribution lines after cleaning the tank. ACTION NEEDED: Assess problem, decide corrective action necessary to resolve the water quality issue.
