Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up survey 2/13/13 DETAILS: System had not taken the 2012 source water assessment sample had place a phone call to Mark on 2/7 to remind him to take the sample and set up a time for the survey. At the survey Mark told me the sample had been taken. Results in state website Feb 12, 2013 ACTION NEEDED: none
