Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: The firm has received two sample results that are absent but not posted to the website as yet. The firm also posted a 7 day tier 2 notice regarding the test results and corrective actions per Aaron Howe, store manager. Ted Howe owner state the faucets were flamed not just sanitized and each sample came back clean felt the issue was dirty faucets. I discussed repeat samples for January. ACTION NEEDED: The system is required to take 5 repeat samples and all are required to be clean. I made a request for only 2 samples due to cost of each sample for January
