Details: SUMMARY: Routine RAD monitoring DETAILS: Spoke with John on the phone about the violation Radium is on a quarterly schedule and two more quarter are needed. John said he thinks he just samples for it and is going to contact the lab to see when they need to monitor next. I reminded him we need 2 more quarters of Radium. Sample taken 11/2/12 and posted to state website 12/31/12 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly RAD monitoring. Need 2 more quarters.
