Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Called Julie and Jim early February regarding missed nitrate and coliform. Jim ordered sampling from Umpqua lab. Coliforms were taken 2/9 and reported 2/15. Nitrate was taken same day but did not get sent to the state until on or about 3/1/13 ACTION NEEDED: Continued annual sampling/reporting for nitrate and on time reporting of quarterly coliform.
