| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed sampling violation DETAILS: Glenn is in the process of writing the 2012 CCR for the water system and was questioning a violation for not collecting source water samples in October 2012. The system exceeded the MCL and was required to collect four triggered samples according to SDWIS, but three of the four wells may not have been producing water at the time of the coliform presence. Contact report from Jeff Freund of Deschutes County suggests the violation isnt valid. I asked Jeff for his thoughts. ACTION NEEDED: Glenn will confirm active wells at the time of the coliform detections and the violaion will either be removed or will remain depending on results. | ||
