| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform samples taken at wrong location in Feb. DETAILS: Talked with Troy over the phone. At our last contact in February he stated the TC sample for quarter 1 sent in for Smith River MH/RV Village was from their neighboring smith river grocery store. He said he was out of town at the time the samples needed to be taken and his wife was unaware the Smith River MH/RV Village and Smith River Grocery were on two separate water systems. I told him the TC+ will be taken off for the Smith River MH/RV Village, and to take the the quarterly sample somewhere in the distribution system. Since it is already past the first quarter water sampling time, the sample he will send in will be for the second quarter. Operator said he would take samples and go into Coos Bay next week on 4/10 or 4/11 and give samples to lab to be checked and sent in. ACTION NEEDED: Wait and stay in contact with operator to ensure followup samples are taken and that they are not TC+. | ||
