Details: SUMMARY: Backflow valve now tested and electric opening sealed. DETAILS: System had their double check valve tested 4/4/13. It passed. Their electrical pipe on their wellhead is now sealed. This corrects all significant deficiencies from the 2013 survey ACTION NEEDED: None
