Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violations DETAILS: Contacted system again, noticed they still havent samples since April of 2012. Paula said they would make sure and get the sample taken back in November of 2012. Paula called Waterlab and spoke to Maria. She said it was her error and it got missed. She said they scheduled them for February. Paula requested they be put back on quarterly sampling ACTION NEEDED: none
