Details:	SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: The system is no longer a PNC with a current system score of 5. The violations for the inactive source has been set to inactive and the points have been removed. The lead and copper sample had not been resolved so I contacted James Nusrala at the state. I received a follow up 3/18/13 that the action level detect has been removed from the lead and copper sample results. I need to send in a request to have the L&C violation returned to compliance (RTC) I will also contact Debra to have the system sample for arsenic and source sample at well #6 This will bring the system score to 0. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Debra and send an RTC request to the state.
