Details: SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: System lacked a functional source sample tap at time of the survey. The system has installed a functional source sample tap. System had the back flow device tested for the boiler. Rick has a basic operations manual that he will continue to work on to have a complete document. ACTION NEEDED: none
