Details: SUMMARY: Initial contact for Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 2/3/13 via letter with subsequent follow up telephone call on 2/6/12. Contact attempt successful. Discussed with the operator what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP for their water system.
