Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to coliform alert DETAILS: Mr. Dice contacted me on 2/22/13 about the coliform alert associated with Spring AA. I gave his sampling instructions that he took on 2/25/13. @/27/13 I was notified by email that all of repeat samples taken came back clean from Alexin Labs. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up in March to make sure Mr. Dice has taken all 5 required repeat samples including 1 surface water sample.
