Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Elgin Water Dept about being in violation for not providing the appropriate number of coliform samples for February. It turns out one of the coliform sample bottles was cracked and not samples. The violation will have to be returned to compliance when appropriate number of samples are provided during the month of March ACTION NEEDED: Provide two samples next month
