Details: SUMMARY: follow up to + triggered. DETAILS: Betty wanted to let me know that she feels she contaminated the triggered sample. She said she set it on the ground and feels thats why the sample came back + TC. She said she took a special sample after that one came back + and the results were ND. She provided me with a copy. I reminded her that she would need to do the 5 temporary routines this month and post Public Notice. She said she would do that. ACTION NEEDED: none
