| Details: | SUMMARY: Two temp routines positive DETAILS: Two temporary routines collected 4/26/13 positive. I spoke with Colette twice today. I emailed her a tier 2 public notice template and informed her that 5 temporary routines are due in May. We discussed corrective action I emailed her a list of a few contractors. We also discussed the possibility that sampling error may have resulted in the positives. They were both collected from kitchen sinks. Colette ways show will inquire about the how/where the samples were collected may collect a couple of special samples before deciding on whether or not to shock chlorinate the system. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines in May and a tier 2 public notice. | ||
