Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine DETAILS: spoke to Judy and she wasnt sure why the sample came back positive. I reminded her to take the repeats. I assumed they were using both wells as listed on data online. After a long conversation about the last survey that was done in 2010 by Brittany May, the second well was not approved. To correct the deficiency the system said they would no longer use that well. The proper paperwork was never submitted to show the well as disconnected on data online. I sent in the source info form to change IRAM well to disconnected. I told Judy they only needed to take a raw sample from the Domestic Well. ACTION NEEDED: none
