Details: SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns & operates a water treatment plant (WTP) & distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people. There are approximately 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated form the Siletz River and Mill Creek. After the clearwell there are multiple water mains that leave the WTP. A tracer testing methodology must be developed which allows for the measurement of flows leaving the plant. Linda Hughes with the City of Toledo contacted the HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. Completed Tracer Study. ACTION NEEDED: Address DWS Comments, if needed
