Details: | SUMMARY: Customer complaint about loss of water service DETAILS: DWS received an anonymous complaint from a person stating they are a resident of the park and that residents were notified by the park manager that they needed to boil their water due to a water line break. The caller complained that residents were not notified about the water loss until five hours after it was repaired. The caller also stated that water line breaks are a common occurrence and that residents are fed up with routinely being told to boil water. Lastly the caller requested someone test the wate to ensure it is safe. ACTION NEEDED: None |
