Details: SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: 11/29/12 Ecoli in distribution as well as 4 positive coliform. 12/3/12 Betty called to inform me that both wells were no detect 12/12/12 Boil notice lifted. 12/13/12 Five temp routines and one came back positive for c coliform. 12/19/12 Two repeats positive. 1/24/13 Five temp routines all no detect 2/20/13 survey done, nothing observed that may have contributed to the positives. 4/29/13 All testing no detect. ACTION NEEDED: System score now 0
