Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting assessment sample DETAILS: Called and left message for Gary 4/22/13. System needs to take monthly assessment samples on well #2 and has not been. Also missed the nitrate sample for 2012 on well #5. No response so PNC letter regarding violations sent on 6/10/13. Gary V. spoke with Gary Wirfs 6/19/13 Gary V submitted missing nitrate sample to the state on 6/19/13 and monthly assessment testing will begin according to Gary Wirfs. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for sample results to post.
