| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: spoke with Alan again on 5/29. 2/5 repeat tests came back positive but the TG sample was negative. He indicated he had already shocked the system as well as let the residents aware of the situation. He explained his methodology and it didnt sound quire right, I explained to him over the phone the proper procedure and suggested he try it one more time. I also suggested he take a SP sample to see if the shock worked or not. Alan indicated he would reshock the system and take a SP sample. On 6/6 a SP sample was taken and came beck negative. The system can now take 5 additional routine samples and no need to reshock as it appears it has worked. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples this month June 2013 | ||
