Details: SUMMARY: Lead and copper violation DETAILS: I spoke to Kathy on the phone regarding the violation. No test results were reported. I explained lead and copper needs to be samples one time within a 6 month period and 5 samples need to be taken each time. She was not aware the lab hadnt taken any samples at all and will contact them right away. ACTION NEEDED: none
