Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine distribution sample collected 6/20/13 positive. This alert was issued on 6/24/13 I was out of the office until 6/27/13. I spoke with Larry and he informed me that 4 repeat samples have been collected this system is on compliance monitoring therefore, no triggered source sample is due) He is aware that five temporary routines are due in July ACTION NEEDED: See above
